John Oliver Master Plan Feedback Form

The City is developing a Master Plan for John Oliver Park to guide future improvements and explore its potential as a key sports hub for the community. We want your feedback on three example layouts that show different ways the park could be organized. These are not final plans — just ideas to help start the conversation about what features matter most to you.

Because the park is on Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) land, the City needs permission from the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) before making any major changes. The ALC has the authority to approve or deny this application, so future development is not guaranteed. Your feedback will be used to develop a final layout plan that reflects community needs, which will form part of the City’s application to the ALC.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and closes October 31, 2025.
