  • Development Variance Permit to vary "Delta Zoning Bylaw No. 7600, 2017" to allow larger eave projections and to allow the required loading space to be located on-street in a parking pocket; and
  • Subdivision and consolidation from five lots into a single development parcel.

Under new Provincial legislation, a public hearing must not be held for zoning bylaw amendments for residential or mixed use applications that are consistent with the OCP. All feedback collected from the public will be collected and summarized for the applicant's consideration and response prior to Council's consideration of the application.
