A Development Variance Permit is also requested to vary:

  • indoor amenity space from 159 m² to 148 m²,
  • outdoor amenity space from 948 m² to 641 m²,
  • on-site parking from 228 spaces to 193 spaces, and
  • allow the required loading space to be located on-street in a parking pocket.
