  • Rezoning to a new Comprehensive Development Zone (CDZ) under "Delta Zoning Bylaw No. 7600, 2017"
  • Development Permit for form and character in the Scott Road Corridor (SRC) Development Permit Area
  • Subdivision to create a parcel for the apartment building and a parcel for the townhouse buildings

Under new Provincial legislation, a Public Hearing must not be held for zoning bylaw amendments for residential development that is consistent with the OCP.
