Socialize Here | Phase 2 Engagement - Completed Summer 2025

Based on the feedback received from the community, staff have refined the plan for Chisholm Street Wharf. Residents were invited to share their feedback on the detailed design. The City hosted a pop-up event as an opportunity for residents to speak with staff and learn about the project in-person, over 80 residents were in attendance. At the July 28, 2025 Regular Meeting, Delta Council approved the updated design. A Request for Proposals (RFP) for construction will be issued in August, with work expected to begin this fall and completed by spring 2026. The results of the engagement program is available here.
