Consultation has concluded

The City offers a wide range of services to the residents of Delta. We are embarking on a project to enhance the ways we interact with the community. In particular, we would like to use technology to provide services in ways that make the most sense to our residents.

Some of the key benefits of embracing digital service delivery are:

  • 24/7 access to services;
  • Self-service functionality available via our website and mobile app;
  • Greater visibility into the status of your requests;
  • Easy to follow processes;
  • Faster delivery of services; and
  • On-demand access to publicly available data

With so many possibilities, we would like to hear from you about which digital services would offer the greatest benefit to our residents.

We will also be holding virtual open houses for residents and businesses, where you will have the opportunity to participate in a live interactive discussions on this initiative.
