I hereby irrevocably waive all moral rights arising under the Copyright Act (Canada) or any rights to similar effect in any other jurisdiction or at common law that I and/or my child may have with respect to the Artwork. I hereby represent and warrant that the Artwork is wholly original to me and/or my child, and that nothing contained in the Artwork will infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property rights of any third party.

I agree not to sue Delta or its employees, officials, officers, volunteers, representatives, agents or contractors, or bring claims or demands of any nature against any of them in connection with any matters referred to in this Waiver/Release including, without limitation, the use, reproduction or release of the Artwork.
