Phase 2 Engagement (Completed - Spring 2025)

The second and final phase of feedback of this project is now complete. Thank you to all residents and stakeholders who shared their feedback on the new Winskill Aquatic and Fitness Centre detailed designs and plans. Comments received online and during in-person events were summarized into a community engagement report, and presented to Council at the May 5 Regular Council Meeting. Council approved the form, character, and layout plans for the new facility marking a major milestone in the project. Construction is set to begin this summer and wrap up by the end of 2027.
