Suggested Library at Winskill

At the Regular Meeting on April 14, 2025, Delta Council considered a motion to direct staff to conduct a more detailed analysis of options and implications related to incorporating a library into the Winskill Renewal Project. While the motion did not proceed, Council requested that the preliminary information (see below) prepared by staff on this topic be published on the City’s website for the public to review.
