Consultation has concluded
We’re contacting you because you previously indicated you might be interested in participating in a session to provide feedback about the City of Delta’s new website. We have two upcoming opportunities detailed below that may interest you. If you are interested in participating in either opportunity, please complete the survey questions below and submit your response no later than April 23rd.
Opportunity #1 – Individual feedback session to review the new City of Delta initial website designs
What: A one-hour, one-on-one session with our creative agency’s designer to review scenarios and initial designs and provide feedback that will shape the look, feel, and overall design of the new website.
When: May 10th -14th – our creative agency, Upanup, will be contacting those who are interested in late April to book sessions. Where: Individual feedback sessions will take place remotely, via Zoom. In order to participate, you will need access to a desktop or laptop computer with the Zoom application installed.
Opportunity #2 – Focus group to review the new City of Delta website before it is launched live to the public
What: A one-hour group session (6-8 participants) facilitated by our creative agency’s designer to view and provide feedback on the new website in a beta version (before it is launched publicly).
When: September 8th or 10th – our creative agency, Upanup, will be contacting those who are interested in late August to book. Where: At this point, we anticipate that the focus groups will take place remotely, via Zoom. In order to participate, you will need access to a desktop or laptop computer with the Zoom application installed. If the situation with COVID-19 changes, such that we are allowed to gather in groups/in-person we may consider in-person focus groups (TBD late August).
