More adult fitness classes
There needs to be more adult drop in fitness classes, especially after 4pm. Most people are available after work. Also on the weekends. Or a regular registered class like dance, muscle max or boot camp.

Youth Service
Across all of Delta the services and access of facilities and programs for our youth are very limited. Proposing an idea to focus some energies on our leaders of tomorrow to strengthen an already thriving community. With intentional programming and spaces allocated to develop leadership and our communities, we will all be better off.

Bike racks at our parks especially Chalmers at pickleball courts where seniors are utilizing courts on daily basis with bikes

Cougar Creek
Currently in the area of Nicholson and Lyon Rds at least 4 trees have crashed into the creek plus a huge portion of the bank + 3 trees near the footbridge has collapsed into the creek. Please send a Maintenace crew out to assess the damage.
