Harbour Park Sunset

I took this photo biking in harbour park with my friend. I love taking photos of the sunsets in Ladner. I especially like the ducks swimming into the sunset.

Cat House

Kaitlyn loves building things at home. She made this two level cat house out of a large delivery box, sticks to "make it stable", lots of tape, and wrapping paper. She then thoughtfully filled it with blankets and soft things to make it more comfortable. If Kaitlyn is quiet she is creating something. This week she made doll house furniture out of items from recycling, including coffee cups, and tape. Today she turned her little sister's room into a "fort" with multiple rooms. Kaitlyn wants to have a store one day, "Kaitlyn's Creations".

Handmade gifts with love

Because stores were closed, my mom and I have been making presents for family and friends who have birthdays in the summer. This photo shows one of the presents we made - it's a succulent plant made from a recycled pop bottle which was a gift to my grandma because she loves plants.
