A detailed building assessment was conducted for all park washrooms and the washroom building at Maple Cresent was identified for replacement due to its condition.
The project scope includes:
Construction of a new washroom building including three accessible single occupancy stalls, a concession stand and a drinking fountain with bottle filler
New concrete pad around the new washroom building
Demolition of the existing washroom building
During construction, area in proximity to the existing washroom building will be closed. Final area to be confirmed.
