May 16, 2022: Seven Seas Demolition and Reopening

As part of the implementation of the Ladner Village Revitalization project, City staff have begun the process of removing the building from the former Seven Seas site. Following the completion of demolition, staff will work to ensure the safety of the remaining slab, including the installation of safety railings, in advance of opening the site to the public later in 2022.
