Consultation has concluded

This online community consultation is intended to provide the community with the opportunity to review the proposed Cromie Park Master Plan and put forward their thoughts regarding the plan. View the Cromie Park Master Plan in the documents section of this project page.

Throughout the design process for the Master Plan, we are consulting with local sports groups to ensure that the new design meets community sport needs. The Master Plan features:


  • new baseball facilities, including a new field house and revitalization of the existing all-weather field as a baseball field
  • a relocated and enlarged parking lot, designed to manage traffic and speeds within the parking area and 49 Street.
  • retention of the existing path connection to Ladner Elementary School.
  • general park improvements including a community gathering space under the shade structure near the pickleball courts, ample seating, and a small playground.

Please provide feedback on this project through the survey below between May 17 and June 7, 2021.
