City of Delta Age-Friendly Community Survey

The City of Delta, in partnership with LevelUp Planning Collaborative, is preparing an Age-Friendly Community Assessment and Action Plan to better understand the unique needs and challenges of older people in Delta. Age-friendly communities support older people by designing policies, services and structures related to the physical and social environment in ways that help people live safely, enjoy good health, and stay involved. Through this Plan, the City of Delta can better incorporate the principles of Age-Friendly planning to help ensure residents of all ages can stay active and thrive in Delta.

We’d love your input! Take Delta's survey anonymously or include your email for a chance to WIN a $50 gift card!

  • Three $50 prizes are available.
  • The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
  • The survey will ask you about different aspects of your community and your experiences as an older adult, or someone who cares for or works on behalf of older adults.
  • The results will be posted on the City of Delta Let’s Talk page.
  • All responses are voluntary and confidential (no individual results will be posted).
