July 15, 2025 - The City of Delta conducted a Community Satisfaction Survey from February 13 to March 16, 2025, to understand if City services, programs and infrastructure align with community needs. Approximately 38,000 households in Delta were mailed a postcard inviting their participation.

The City received 2,082 responses and the results have been weighted to Delta's population, based on age, gender, and geography. The survey was conducted by an independent research firm and the results are statistically valid, presenting a representative view of the opinions of the community. Through this process, the City has established an Online Community Panel, with nearly 700 residents registered, which will be used for future consultation and engagement initiatives.
